Gee, that neighbor cat sure looks a lot like Spandy Kochalka.
It’s funny, I’d had the idea to draw the cat as Spandy, and then started looking for an American Elf comic with her in it that I could link to. Of course, the first one that I find would have a similar premise to the comic I was working on.
So, with that in mind, I think that the cat in question is actually the other cat in that strip, who has somehow managed to travel from Vermont to Ohio.
