I just wanted to let you know that the Iguanodon Cheese page is now live!

It’s still fairly simple, but new comics will be posting over there from now on. I have also moved the full Iguanodon Cheese archive over there and deleted it from this site. Rescue Archaeology will still be online, but I like the idea of giving in and Iguanodon Cheese their own spaces.

And that’s a wrap!

I’ve been writing and drawing Rescue Archaeology for the better part of four years, and it’s easily the most rewarding creative project that I’ve ever worked on, but it’s time for something new.

Edit: The new comic, Iguanodon Cheese, is up at http://iguanodoncheese.com.

That said, it’s not going to be a huge change. I am starting a new comic next week. Unless I get a lot of work done this weekend, I’m even going to start it right here (though the eventual plan is to create a new site for the new project). I don’t want to say too much about it, but the new comic is going to keep the same MWF update schedule, and although the comic is going to be fictional instead of autobiographical, the tone should be familiar to anyone who has been reading Rescue Archaeology over the past few months.

Thank you all for reading, for commenting, for offering your support. As I said, I’m not going anywhere. There will be new comics next week, just as there would be without this announcement, but this particular project has come to a close.

Happy new year, everyone!

-Talcott

And, on an unrelated note, happy anniversary, Valerie!

Here are my two favorite versions:
John Denver and The Muppets
