The fact that this was a plot point on both King of the Hill and Who’s the Boss just reinforces my suspicion that I’m actually a sitcom character.

I do that too. And if I’m using anything remotely oil-based and then accidentally wipe sweat from my forehead, forget about it. The fear of possible (though admittedly remotely possible) staph infection renders me useless.
And I would like to see a comic (or a series in this one) of Talcott-as-neighbor. It’d be fun to see how you see other people seeing you.

I’ve been thinking about doing a comic like that. I just have to figure out a way to make it work in 3-4 panels. Hmm..
