Hi all,
So, as I’m sure you’ve noticed, I’ve started adding a bit to the site. I went ahead and installed a twitter box, just like all the cool cartoonists have. I also have a tag cloud over there on your right.

Back when I first tried to put this site online, I was very concerned about hiding the very existence of tags. Fortunately (for many reasons) that prototype site has been lost to the ages, and when I restarted everything I thought about tags some more. The whole idea of this strip is to tell moments and small stories without imposing specific themes or a larger plot onto things. That’s fairly manageable with 30 strips, but I think that could make finding a specific strip much more difficult once I have a substantial archive up. Plus, I like that the tags give an easy way to read things in thematic or chronological order, rather than my default “what I was in the mood to draw today” order.

My next plan is to get some Project Wonderful ads going (both running them and advertising through them). That’s when I really be one of the cool webcomic kids.
